1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, enrolments, and training delivered by First Aid Certification.

By booking a course or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Course Enrolment

To complete enrolment, you must:

• Provide accurate personal details
• Hold or obtain a valid Unique Student Identifier, known as a USI
• Complete any required pre-course learning before attending
• Meet any course entry requirements

3. Payments

• Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise agreed
• Prices are listed in Australian dollars
• Payment methods are provided at checkout or booking

Your place is not confirmed until payment is received.

4. Course Requirements

You must:

• Attend the practical session in full
• Participate in all required activities and assessments
• Be physically capable of performing CPR and practical tasks
• Follow trainer instructions and safety requirements

If you are unsure about your ability to participate, contact us before booking.

5. Certification

Certificates are issued only when:

• All assessment requirements are successfully completed
• All required documentation is provided
• Compliance requirements are met

Certificates are issued through the RTO.

6. Behaviour and Safety

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

• Is disruptive or unsafe
• Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Refuses to follow reasonable instructions

No refund will be provided in these situations.

7. Course Changes or Cancellations

We may:

• Reschedule or cancel a course due to low numbers, trainer illness, or unforeseen circumstances
• Provide an alternative date or full refund if we cancel

We will always aim to give as much notice as possible.

8. Liability

Training is provided to develop practical skills and knowledge.

First Aid Certification is not responsible for:

• How skills are applied after training
• Outcomes of real-life emergency situations

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the cost of the course.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be available on our website.

• Additional training
• Reassessment at a later date, fees may apply

5. Course Cancellations by Us

If we cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered:

• A transfer to another date
• A full refund

6. Workplace and Group Bookings

For group or on-site bookings:

• Cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking agreement
• Minimum numbers and travel considerations may apply

7. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider
